Can I modify or add items to an existing order?

At Metal Plate Pictures, we prioritize processing orders swiftly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Due to this commitment, once an order is finalized and paid for, we typically do not allow modifications or additions.

However, if you realize a change is necessary or wish to add another item, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible. We will check the status of your metal poster and determine if it has entered the manufacturing process. If it hasn't, there might be a slim chance for adjustments.

If modifications are not feasible, the alternative is to cancel the initial order and place a new one with the desired changes. Please be aware that cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy. Given our commitment to shipping items promptly, it's crucial for our manufacturing process to remain efficient, which is why we emphasize the importance of finalizing orders carefully.
